To stay in Mediterranean products and more particularly of Sicily and have a pizza with ingredients from the same region, we added to this recipe Daterrini cherry tomatoes, Sicilian black olives and Pantelleria capers (IGP) with sea salt.
All on a basis of classic Neapolitan tomato sauce without cooking in advance and without mozzarella.
